Anna Silk
Anna Silk was born in the month of January in 1974. Her most well-known role is Bo in Showcase's Lost Girl television series. Silk is an actress from Canada who was born in Fredericton New Brunswick. Ilkay Silk was the child of Peter, an academic and Peter Silk, known as an accomplished actor and director. He was also a playwright, educator as well as Director of Drama at St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna was a child and watched her mother working and going to play rehearsals. Silk featured in a number of commercials while she was young. She earned a Bachelors in Arts from St. Thomas University. Theatre St. Thomas has produced two plays in the early days: Seven Menus and The Kitchen. Silk was a resident of Toronto to pursue her acting career in order to progress, and then moved after that, she relocated to Los Angeles California. Seth Cooperman is her future spouse, whom she met during her time in Los Angeles at an Actors workshop. In 2009, the couple were married in a civil ceremony in December of 2009. When she converted to Judaism, they renew their vows in a Jewish ceremony on the 10th of April 2011 in Fredericton. Silk Cooperman was born in May of 2013, and her son was named Samuel Jerome Cooperman. Levi Aaron was her second born baby on May 13, 2016. Silk has played a range of television roles, including Cassidy Holland from Being Erica. Silk was nominated for a Gemini Award in 2009 for her performance. The Canadian series Lost Girl cast her as Bo Dennis, the lead character in the succubus. Silk fell pregnant during the production of the season three finale. She announced the news to viewers in Showcase's Season Three Pre-Show Special on the 6th of January, 2013. On June 4, 2013 Showcase and Prodigy Pictures announced that production was beginning on the fourth season and on June 20, 2013 Silk announced via Twitter that she was ready to return to the set of the show. CNN, Cable News Network and E! have both named Bo (played by Silk) as well as Lauren (played by Zoie) and Lauren (Zoie) as one of their favorite TV couples. Entertainment Television.
